Shed Brown to Catherine Brown
                             "Deed"
State of Florida    This Indenture made and entered into this the
Alachua County      Eleventh day of February AD one thousand Eight
Hundred and seventy nine, between Shed Brown of the town of Archer
County of Alachua and State aforesaid party of the first part and
Catherine Brown of the same place County and State party of the second
part, Witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in consideration
of the love and affection for his wife Catherine Brown party of the second
part and one dollar to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have this day given bargained sold and delivered to the party
of the second part the following property to wit, Eight head of cows and their
increase marked Smooth Crop in the lift ear and over bit in the other ear
three Slits Branded S.B. three head of hogs same mark as cows two head
of horses, one sorrel mare and one black horse and the future increase from
said mare and all that is made or produced by said horses to belong to the
party of the second part to Have and to Hold the said described property
unto the party of the second part her heirs executors and administrators in
fee simple forever. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto affixed my hand
and seal this the Eleventh day of February AD 1879

and for the county of Alachua and State aforesaid personally came Walter B.
Young who being duly sworn according to Law says that he witnessed
the signing sealing and delivery of the within Deed and he and Shed
Timmons an subscribing witness to the written Sworn to and Subscribed
Before me this the 11th day of February A.D. 1879

Alachua County    Know all men by these presents that
I Penelope L. Standley of the aforesaid County and
state for and in consideration of the sum of $110.00 one
Hundred & Ten dollars to me in hand paid by John G. Dampier
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and Conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the
