said John G. Dampier all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the state of Florida particularly
described as follows to wit; All that portion of Lot No Six
(6) in Section Twenty eight (28) in Township Eight (8) South
Range Nineteen (19) East and bounded as follows
Commencing at the North West Corner of Lot No Seven (7)
in Same section Township and Range and running west
to the North West Corner of lot number six (6) thence South
to the point where said line would intersect the Northern
Boundary of what is Known as the "Fernandez
Grant" thence Eastwardly along said boundary to the
North east Corner of said Grant thence Northwardly
or North eastwardly to the South West Corner of the
North half of Lot No Seven (7) Containing by estimation
(35) acres of land more or less Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining, To
Have and to Hold the same unto him the said John
G. Dampier and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute and I the said
Penelope L. Standley do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said John G. Dampier that I am lawfully Seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and
that I have good and lawful right to sell and Convey 
the same that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any Kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto him the said
John G. Dampier and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed my seal on this 22 day of October

the same as subscribing witnesses thereto
