before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for
the purpose of releasing relinquishing and announcing all of her
right of Dower in and to the land in said deed described and that
said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done and made
by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint

State of Florida } Know all men By these Presents that we O.C. Colclough
Alachua County } & C.A. Colclough her husband of the aforesaid County
and State for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and
Seventy five dollars to us in hand paid by William C. Sanderlin of the
County of Princess Ann in the State of Virginia the receipt whereof we
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said
William C. Sanderlin all of that lot, piece tract or parcel of land
Situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particu--- certain lot of land lying and being situated in the town
of Gainesville and known and described as follows viz: Commencing at
