before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for
the purpose of releasing relinquishing and announcing all of her
right of Dower in and to the land in said deed described and that
said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done and made
by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint

State of Florida } Know all men By these Presents that we O.C. Colclough
Alachua County   } & C.A. Colclough her husband of the aforesaid County
and State for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and
Seventy five dollars to us in hand paid by William C. Sanderlin of the

thence East one hundred and Ninety Seven (197) feet thence South
along a Street Ninety two and a half (92 1/2) feet thence West one hundred and
ninety seven (197) feet along a Street to a Stake the point of beginning
containing 18222 1/2 square feet and known as South half of Block Number
Ten (10) of Ingrams addition to Gainesville Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
