State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this 21st day of September AD
Alachua County   } 1881 before me personally appeared Mrs Jennie L. Peck
and America Jolly wives of Theodore A. Peck and W.J. Jolly the
grantors in the foregoing conveyances who being first duly questioned and
examined by me separate and apart from their said husbands says and
acknowledges before me that they did sign the said deed of conveyance for
the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of their Dower
in and to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower was done and made by them freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from their said husbands

 The Florida Town Improvement Company to Mollie Harriet Paschall
                             "Deed"
This Indenture, made and entered into on this the ninteenth day of April
in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty one Between
The Florida Town Improvement Company a body corporate under the laws of
the State of Florida party of the first part and Mollie Harriett Paschall
wife of William S. Paschall of the town of Waldo County of Alachua State
of Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth; That the said party of the
first part, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America, to it in hand paid by
the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has given
granted aliened bargained sold transferred conveyed and confirmed and
does by these presents give grant aliene bargain sell transfer remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and to her
heirs and assigns forever all that certain Lot or parcel of land Situate
lying and being in the town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of
Florida and better known and described on the official plat of said town
