State of Florida  } This Indenture made and Entered into this 1st day
County of Alachua } of October AD 1881 Between James R. Stafford party
of the first part and H.J. Crane party of the second part,
Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the sum of Nineteen
Hundred Dollars to the party of the first part in hand paid by
the party of the second part at the time of execution of this Inden=
ture the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said party
of the first part hath Bargained and Sold and doth hereby convey
unto the said party of the second part the following described Lands ie
beginning at a Stake (34) chains & 50 Links West of the (SE) corner of the
Northern Quarter of Lot Ten (10) Moses E. Levy Grant running thence 27
Chains & 5 links to a Stake thence South 40 Chains to a rock thence
East (27) Chains & 5 Links to a Stake and thence North (40) Chains to
the place of begining and containing one Hundred and Eight 20/100
Acres Situate in the County of Alachua and State of Florida to
have and to hold the same and all the rights improvements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to
