     Alexander Goodson and Wife to Meridith Granger
                         "Deed"
This Indenture made the thirty first day of January in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty one between Alexander Goodson
and Celia Goodson wife of Alexander of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the first part and Meridith Granger of
the same County & State party of the Second part, Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the Sum
of one hundred and twelve dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the Second
part at or before the enseling and delivery of these presents the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever
all that certain tract lot or parcel of land lying and being in
Goodsons addition to the town of Melrose and State of Florida described
as follows bounded on the North by lot no (III) 8 96/100 Chains on the east by
a twenty feet Street Separating said lot (X) from lot no (IX) 5 00/100 Chains
on the South by the by the Southern boundary of said Goodsons,
addition 8 96/100 chains on the west 5 00/100 chains by a twenty feet
Street Separating said lot (X) from lot no eleven (XI) said lot being a
portion of section thirteen (13) township nine (9) Range (22) E twenty
two and containing four acres & forty eight hundredth (4 48/100) more or
less Together with all and singular the rights and privaliges 
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining of the said parties of the first part
