To Have and To Hold unto the said party of the Second part and
his heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of the first
part for themselves and for their heirs executors administrators
and assigns do covenant to and with the said party of the
Second part his heirs executors administrators and assigns that
at the time of the ensealing of these presents they are seized
of a good and indefeasible fee Simple title to the above described
premises and that they have a good right to convey the same in the
and and form aforesaid free and discharged from all legal encumbrances
of every nature whatsoever and that they do for themselves and for their
heirs executors and assigs hereby warrant and defend the title to the same
into the said party of the second part and his heirs executors and assigns

instrument of writing for the purposes of relinquishing all of her right of
