more or less to have and to hold the above granted bargained and
described Premises together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances belonging to the same or in any
wise appertaining to the said Noah Townsend his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee Simple absolute forever and the
said Elizabeth Jane Smith and her husband Russell B. Smith for
themselves their heirs executors administrators and assigns shall forever
warrant and defend the title to the above described Premises against any
and all persons whomsoever Lawfully claiming the same. Witness our

well known as the wife of Russell B. Smith who being examined by
me separate and apart from her said husband acknowledged before
me that she renounced and relinquished all her right and title in

that she did the same freely and voluntarily and without any
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
