William F. Flynn to Mrs Omera B. Thomas
                           "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I William F.
Alachua County   } Flynn of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consid
eration of the sum of Two Hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Mrs Omera B.
Thomas of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant, bargain sell and convey unto her the said O.B. Thomas all of that
certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit: Lot Fifteen (15) Block Four (4) Range one (1) in Ropers addition
to the town of Gainesville said State & County as by reference to the map
and plat of said Ropers addition will fully appear lying and being
in Section Four (4) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) S&E, containing by
estimation one acre of land more or less. Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining To Have and Hold the same unto her the
said O.B. Thomas and to her heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple absolute. And I the said William F.
Flynn do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
O.B. Thomas that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby Conveyed; and that I have good and lawful right to
sell and convey the same; That the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto her the said O.B. Thomas and to her heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

seal on this 2nd day of November AD 1881
