State of Georgia  } Know all men by these presents that Zachariah
County of Chatham } Falk Trustee for the creditors of George H. Rich for and
in consideration of the Sum of Two hundred and Fifty Dollars to me in
hand on this day paid by J.D. Cromwell of the City of Gainesville in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida I have bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey to J.D. Cromwell an
undivided one half interest in the following described Block or parcel of land
lying and being Situate in the City of Gainesville in Alachua County
State of Florida to wit: Block Six (6) Range Two (2) of said City of Gainesville
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging - To have and to hold the same unto him the said J.D.
Cromwell his heirs and assigns in fee simple absolute forever, and I
the said Zachariah Falk as Trustee aforesaid do hereby covenant promise and
agree to and with the said J.D. Cromwell that I have good and lawful
