 Francis E. Wienges To Julia R. Furman
                  "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
We Francis E. Wienges and Saml H. Wienges of the aforesaid
County and State for and in Consideration of the Sum of
One hundred & twenty five dollars to them in hand paid by Mrs
Julia R. Furman of the County of Sumter in the State of
South Carolina the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowl-
edge have granted bargained sold and Conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey unto 
her the said Mrs Julia R. Furman all of that Certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: Lot Four (4) Block
Two (2) Range Four (4) lying being and Situated in the town
of Gainesville County of Alachua and State of Florida
particularly described according to the Map of Ropers
addition to the town of Gainesville Recorded in Deed
Book "J" at page 500 in the Clerks office of the County
of Alachua State of Florida the said lot being Two hundred
feet North and South and two hundred feet east and west
and bounded on the North by lot owned by L.A. Barnes on the
East by lot owned by John Maguire on the South by Foster
Street and on the West by Lee avenue Containing by estima-
tion __ acres of land more or less Together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
Same belonging or in any wise appertaining. To Have
and to Hold the Same unto her the said Mrs Julia
R. Furman and to her heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple and absolute. And we the said Fran-
ces E. Wienges and Saml H. Wienges do hereby Covenant
and agree to and with the said Mrs Julia R. Furman
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby Conveyed; and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and Convey the Same; that the Same is free
from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that
we will forever warrant and defend the Same unto her
the said Mrs Julia R. Furman and to her heirs execu-
tors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whom-
soever now claiming or hereafter to Claim the Same
