Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that We Sarah E. Raulerson and Hardee Raulerson
of the aforesaid County and State for and in Considera-
tion of the Sum of Fifty dollars to us in hand paid
by Mary F. Cheves of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby ac-
knowledge have granted bargained sold and Conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey
unto the the said Mary F. Cheves all of that Certain
lot tract piece or parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida and particularly
known and
^ described as follows to wit: Lot Number Eleven (11) In
Block Two (2) of Brannings addition to Waldo the same
lying & being situated in the South West Quarter of the
South East Quarter of Section Fourteen (14) Township
Eight (8) South of Range Twenty one (21) East. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten-
ances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto her the said Mary
F. Cheves and to her heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple and absolute. And we
the said Sarah E. Raulerson and Hardee Raulerson
do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said
Mary F. Cheves that we are lawfully seized in fee of
