 Cynthia J. Waits To Selie Williams
                "Deed"
This Indenture made the Eighteenth day of October
One thousand Eight hundred and Eighty one Between
Cynthia J. Waits and Calvin Waits of the Town of
Hawthorn and County of Alachua and State of
Florida of the first part and Selie Williams
of said town of the second part. Witnesseth, That
the said parties of the first part in Consideration
of the Sum of Fifteen dollars to them duly paid
have bargained and sold and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and Convey to the said party 
of the Second part and to her heirs and assigns
forever all of lot Number Six and the Northerly
half of Lot Number Seven in the South East Quarter
of the North East Quarter of Section (27) Twenty Seven
Township Ten South Range Twenty Two East Accor-
ding to Survey of W.L. Lewis of Oct 30, 1881 and
being & lying in said town of Hawthorn Three acres
more or less with the appurtenances and all the estate
right title and interest of the said parties of the first
part therein. And the said Calvin Waits and Cynthia
J. Waits in her own right do hereby Covenant and agree
to and with the said party of the second part her heirs
and assigns that at the time of making this Conveyance
they are the lawful owners of the premises above granted
and are seized of a good and indefeasible estate of
inheritance therein and that they are free and clear
of inchoate dower rights and of all encumbrances
Whatsoever and that no one else has any lawful right
or title to said premises or any part thereof and the
above granted premises in the quiet and peaceful
possession of the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns against every person whomsoever
will Warrant and forever defend. In Witness Whereof
the said parties of the first part have hereunto set
their hands and seals the day and year first above
