                  "Deed"
This Indenture, made the 27th day of September in the
year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty
one Between Mrs Wilmot B. Coleman and Wm Emmett
Coleman her husband of the County of and State of
of the first part, and James Case of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in Consideration of the Sum of One hundred and
Eighty ($18000) Dollars, lawful money of the United
States of America to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released
Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents grant bar-
gain sell alien remise release convey and Confirm unto
the said party of the second part and his heirs and
assigns forever all of a Certain tract of Land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
described as follows. The South East Quarter (1/4) of the
North East Quarter of Section Number Thirty one (31) in
Township Number Eight (8) South Range Number Twenty
Two (22) East 40 acres together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or in anywise appertaining. And also all the
estate right title interest & dower. To have and to hold
