This Indenture made the Eleventh day of July Anno
Domini Eighteen hundred and Eighty one between John
Wickham and R. Eliza his wife of the Township of
West Hoboken in the County of Hudson and State
of New Jersey parties of the first part and James
Case of the Town of Waldo County of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the second part =
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in Consideration of Seventy Dollars ($70-) to
them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath given granted aliened bargained sold transferred
and do by these presents give grant alien bargain
