thereunto belonging; And also all the estate right title
interest dower and right of dower property Claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the
said parties of the first part of in and to the Same
with the appurtenances. To Have and To Hold the above
described premises with the appurtenances thereunto be-
longing unto the said party of the second part and his
heirs and assigns as his absolute property in fee
Simple forever. And the Said John Wickham for him-
self and for an on behalf of said R. Eliza his wife
their administrators executors and assigns do covenant
and agree that they are lawfully Seized of the above des-
cribed premises by deed from bearing date Eighteen hun-
dred and Seventy Eight and that they have Conveyed the
Same free and discharged form all incumbrances and
liens of any and every nature and description created
by them And that the Said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy
the above described premises against all persons what-
soever lawfully claiming by through or under them the said
parties of the first part. In Testimony Whereof the 
said parties of the first part have hereunto affixed
their hands and seals this the day and year above

City & County of New York }  Be it known that before me
Henry C. Banks Commissioner for Florida in New York
personally appeared John Wickham and R. Eliza his
wife on this Eleventh day of July AD 1881 who Severally
acknowledged that they executed the foregoing deed and
I further Certify that the R. Eliza being at the time Separate
and apart from her said husband did acknowledge
under her hand and seal that she executed the foregoing
deed of Conveyance to James Case aforesaid and that
She joined in the said deed for the purpose of relin-
quishing and renouncing all dower or right of dower in
and to the premises described therein and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of dower was and is
made fully and voluntarily and without any Compul-
sion or Constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
husband the said John Wickham. Witness my
hand and official seal this Eleventh day of July
