 F.E. Wetmore To James Case
             "Deed"
This Indenture made the 6th July Anno Domini Eighteen
hundred and Eighty one between F.E. Wetmore of the
Twon of Roxbury County of Litchfield and State of Con-
necticut party of the first part and Jas Case of the and
County of Alachua and State of Florida party of
the second part, Witnesseth: that the said party of the
first part for and in Consideration of the Sum of Two
hundred and Eighty (280) dollars to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted
aliened bargained sold transferred and do by these
presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer
and Convey unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs and assigns forever all those Certain
Lots Tracts or parcels of land Situate lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and known and described on the Public
records of said State as the North half and the
South East Quarter of the South West Quarter of the
North East Quarter and the North West Quarter of
the South East Quarter of Section Thirty one Township
Eight South, Range Twenty Two East, (N1/2 & SE1/4 of
SW1/4 of NE1/4 & NW1/4 of SE1/4 of Sec 31, T8S R22 E)
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging and also all
the estate right title interest dower and right of dower
property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law
as in equity of the said party of the first part of in and
to the same with the appurtenances. To have and to
hold the above described premises with the appurtenan-
ces thereunto belonging unto the said party of the sec-
ond part and his heirs and assigns as his absolute
property in fee simple forever and the said F.E. Wetmore
for himself and his Administrators Executors assigns
do Covenant and agree that he is lawfully Seized
of the above described premises by deed from Nathan
C. Petit bearing date March 16th 1878. And that he has
Conveyed the Same free and discharged from all in-
