Mary E. Shuford To J.H. Robuck
                          "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that I Mary E. Shuford
Alachua County   } of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration
of the sum of Sixty Two 50/100 Dollars to me in hand paid by J.H. Roebuck
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said J.H. Robuck
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida known and
described as follows, to wit: The North West Quarter of the South West
Quarter of Section Twelve Township Eight Range Nineteen Containing
by estimation Forty acres of land more or less. Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the
same unto him the said J.H. Robuck and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever. And I the
said Mary E. Shuford do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said James H. Robuck that I lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and
my heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto him the said J.H. Robuck and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal on this September 19th AD 1881
