Alexander Goodson to Harriet Elizabeth Hutchinson
                          "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into in this the fourteenth day of October
AD Eighteen hundred & Eighty one between Alexander Goodson & Celia
Goodson his wife of Alachua County Florida parties of the first part
& Harriet Elizabeth Hutchenson of the Town of Johnstown County of
Columbia and State of Pennsylvania party of the Second part. Witnesseth:
That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
Sum of nine hundred dollars ($900) to them in hand paid by the said
party of the Second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given granted
aliened bargained, sold & Conveyed & by these presents do bargain sell alien
grant relinquish remise & confirm - unto the said party of the second
part & her heirs & assigns forever -all that certain Lot Tract or parcel of
land lying & being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida more
particularly described on the maps of Public survey of said State as twenty
five acres from the east side of the North East Quarter of the North East
Quarter of Section twenty four (24) in Town nine (9) South of Range
twenty two (22) East together with all and singular the rights &
priviledges tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
of in & to the above described premises of the said parties of the first part
To Have & To Hold the above described premises unto the said party of the
second part & her heirs as their absolute property in fee simple forever
and the said parties of the first part for themselves & for their heirs
executors & assigns do covenant and agree to and with the said party of
the second part & her heirs executors administrators & assigns that at
the time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents
they are seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple title to the above
described premises and that they have good right & full authority to convey
the same as they have conveyed the same free & discharged from all legal
encumbrances & that they do hereby warrant & defend the above title
against all & every persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same

foregoing deed as one of the persons named in the conveyance & that I did
so for the purpose of relinquishing all my dower right of dower & interest
in the lands herein conveyed & that I did so of my own free will and
accord & not for any fear of or compulsion from my said husband
