County of Alachua } personally appeared before me Alexander
Goodson & Celia Goodson his wife who acknowledged that they
executed the foregoing deed & for the purposes therein set forth.
And the said Celia Goodson having been examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband the said Alexander Goodson
acknowledges that she executed the same for the purpose of relinquish
ing all of her right of Dower and Dower interest in the lands therein
conveyed and that She did so of her own free will & accord & not from
any fear of or compulsion from her said husband the said Alexander
Goodson. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand

    William Mack and Wife to W.W. McCall Senior
                         Deed
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that we William
Alachua County   } Mack and Betsy Mack his wife of the aforesaid
State and County for and in consideration of the Sum of Two Hundred
($200.) dollars to them cash in hand paid the receipt whereof we do
hereby acknowledge have bargained sold conveyed and forever quit=
claimed and by these presents do bargain sell convey and forever quit
claim unto W.W. McCall Senior all of our right title interest and claim
at law or in equity of, in or to that certain piece parcel or tract of land
Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida particularly described as follows to wit: Being a fractional part
of Sec 27 Township 10 Range 19 in Arredondo grant and more particularly
described as follows: being the Northern portion of Lot (2) two according
to the Survey of J.T. Banks and placed on public records of
Alachua Co Fla Deed Book "I" page 56 & 57 - Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and To Hold the same unto
him the said W.W. McCall and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns forever. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals on this 1st day of December AD 1881      his
