State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that George Willicombe
Alachua County } and Elizabeth Willicombe his wife of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred dollars
to them in hand paid by Joseph H. Ruff and Jonathan M. Milhollin
both of the County Suwanee and State of Florida the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and Sold and do by these
presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Joseph H. Ruff
and Jonathan M. Milhollin their heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever the following described lot tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the ___ of ____ County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit: a
piece thirty two (32) rods wide on the East side of the North East quarter
of the South West quarter of Section Seven (7) Township nine (9) South of Range
twenty one (21) East containing Sixteen (16) acres more or less To Have and
to Hold the above granted bargained and described premises together with all and
Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining to the said Joseph H. Ruff and Jonathan M.
Milhollin their heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
absolute forever and the said George Willicombe and Elizabeth Willicombe his
wife for themselves and for their heirs executors administrators and assigns do
covenant and agree to and with the said Joseph H. Ruff and Jonathan M.
Milhollin that they will and their heirs executors administrators and assigns
shall forever warrant and defend the title to the above described premises against
all and every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same In Witness
