State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we John W. Phifer and
Alachua County   } Hanna Aceneth Phifer his wife of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred dollars to them in
hand paid by the said firm R.J. Camp Ben F. Camp and J.S. Camp of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted, bargained and sold and do by these presents grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said Firm their heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever the following described lot or parcel of land situate lying
and being in the ___ of ___ County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit:
The North West 1/4 of South West 1/4 of Section 33 of Township (9) South of Range
(22) East and North East 1/4 of South East 1/4 of Section (32) Township (9)
South of Rang (22) To Have and to Hold the above granted bargained and
described premises together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said
Firm R.J. Camp Ben F. Camp and J.S. Camp their heirs executors admin=
istrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever. And the said John W.
Phifer and Hanna A. Phifer for themselves and for their heirs executors
administrators and assigns do covenant and agree to and with the said Firm
that they will and their heirs executors administrators and assigns shall forever
warrant and defend the title to the above described premises against all and
every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same In Witness Whereof
we have hereunto set our hand and affixed our seal on this 27th day of
Sept AD 1880
