           William L. Seigler & Wife to Mrs Alice V. Sadler & Children
S                                   "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that We William L. Seigler and
Alachua County   } Mrs Blanch Seigler his wife of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the Sum of Ninety Five dollars to us in hand
paid by Alice V. Sadler and her Children of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto them the Said Alice V. Sadler and her Children
all of that certain lot piece or parcel of land Situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: all of that certain tract or parcel
of land known and described in a map of Voyles Survey of 1876 as lots
9 Block (1) Range (1) one of an eastern addition to the town of Gainesville
containing by estimation one half acre of land more or less. Together with
all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and Hold the same unto them
the said Alice V. Sadler and her Children and to their heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee Simple and absolute and we the
said William L. Seigler and Mrs Blanch Seigler his wife do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Alice V. Sadler and her Children
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed; and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same, that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever
and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend the same unto them the Said Alice V.
Sadler and her children and to their heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and
all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the Same.
In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals
on this 25 day of November AD 1881

State of Florida } I hereby  certify that on this 25th day of November AD 1881
Alachua County   } before me personally appeared Ms Blanch Seigler
wife of William Seigler the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who
being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart
from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that She
did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and announcing all of her right of dower in and to
the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment and
renunciation of dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her Said husband
