P.M. Oliver and Wife to F.P. Chamberlain
"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that We P.M. Oliver and Mrs
Alachua County } M.L. Oliver of the aforesaid County and State for and in Consider=
ation of the sum of One Thousand dollars to us in hand paid by F.P. Chamberlain of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said F.P. Chamberlain all of
that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit: Beginning at the point where the Eastern boundary line
of Section Seven (7) in Township Ten (10) South Range Twenty (20) East
crosses the Southern limit of the right=of=way of the Florida Transit Rail
road and running thence South along said section line Thirteen (13) chains
and Fifteen (15) links to the Northern boundary line of the Clinch Grant
Thence North 85 1/2° West Five (5) chains and Forty (540) Links Thence
North Nine (9) chains and Fifteen (9.15) Links to the Southern limit of the
right=of=way of said Rail Road, Thence in a North Easterly direction along
the line of said righht=of=way of said Rail Road to the point of beginning
containing by estimation Six acres of land more or less. Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to hold the same unto
him the said F.P. Chamberlain and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple and absolute. And We the said P.M. Oliver
and M.L. Oliver do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
F.P. Chamberlain that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed; and that we have good and lawful right to
sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any
kind whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
him the said F.P. Chamberlain and to his heirs executors administrators
