State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit: Commencing at a Post Standing on the Quarter Section line
Eight chains fifty links (850) North of the South East Corner of NW 1/4 of
SW1/4 sec 13 T8 R21 and at the south East corner of Land sold by
J. Kennard to George A. Butler Thence running West to within forty
(40 ft) feet of the Rail Road reserve. Thence Southerly Two chains
Thence East to the Quarter Section line Thence North along the
said line Two chains to the place of starting the same being a
fractional part of North West quarter of South West quarter of
Section thirteen Township Eight S Range Twenty one E containing
three and 25/100 acres more or less and being the north half of
Lot No Three (3) Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining To Have and Hold the same unto her the said
Jennie Richards and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee Simple and absolute. And we the said Saml J. Kennard Jr and
Rebecca Kennard his wife do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said Miss Jennie Richards that we are lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed; and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
her the said Miss Jennie Richards and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the
same In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our Seals on this 10th day of October AD 1881

before me personally appeared Mrs Rebecca Kennard wife of Saml J. Kennard
Jr the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly
questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the
said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the land in
said deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of
or from her said husband
