  Robert G. Cole to Jennie Richards
                "Deed"
 This Conveyance made this twenty Seventh day of October
one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty one between Robert
G. Cole of the County of Putnam in the State of Florida
Sole Executor of the last will and testament of Archibald
H. Cole late of said County and State deceased of
the first part and Jennie Richards of the Town of
Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida of
the Second part Witnesseth that the said party of
the first part by Virtue of the power and Authority to him
given in and by the Said last will and testament and in Con-
Sideration of the Sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars
to him paid by the Said party of the Second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted
bargained Sold Aleined remised released Conveyed
and Confirmed and by these presents does grant bargain
sell alein remise release, Convey and Confirm unto the Said
party of the Second part, her heirs and assigns forever all
those Certain lots or parcels of land Situate lying and
being in the town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of
Florida and better known and described on the Official plat
of said town as Lots Numbered one (1) Two (2) and Three (3)
of Block Numbered Eleven (11) The said lot one (1) having
a frontage and Measuring Seventy five (75) feet on Seydel Street
which bounds it on the North East and Each of Said lots one (1) two
(2) and three (3) having a frontage and Measuring thirty three (33) feet
on Kennard Street which bounds them on the North west
and also thirty three (33) feet on Sparkman Street which
bounds them on the South East Togather with all and
Singular the tenements hereditaments and Appurtenances
thereto belonging or in Anywise Appertaining and the reversion
and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
and Also all the Estate right title interest property Claim and
demand whatsoever both in law and Equity which the Said
testator had in his life time and at the time of his decease
