A.R. Pearson & R.D. Hoyt which is Situated on the South
end of lot 23 & directly North of & adjacent to lot 2
in said Grant Also all in lot twenty four (24) Except
what has been previously Conveyed to J.D. Cromwell J.S.
Crawford and Sarah Crawford Containing 435 four hun
=dred & thirty five acres More or less, as Subdivided into
lots the Map & plat of which appears upon record in
Deed Book "I" on page 591 of the public records
of Alachua County State of Florida reference thereto
being had Will More fully appear togather with all
and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the Same belonging To Have and To Hold the Same
