Alachua County } This Indenture Made and
Entered into this the Nineteenth
day of August Eighteen Hundred and Eighty between
James H. Cason party of the first part and J.H.
Barry party of the Second part All of Alachua
County Florida Witnesseth that the said party of
the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum
of one Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged they
have this day granted bargained and Sold and by
these presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey
to the Said party of the Second part his heirs
and Assigns forever the following described land
to wit E1/2 East half of SW1/4 of the SE qr in
Section four (4) Township Seven (7) Range
Nineteen (19) S Containing twenty acres More
or less To Have and To Hold the Same togather
with the appurtenances and hereditaments here
unto belonging and the Said party of the first
part Will Warrant and defend the above
granted premises against the Claims of
his heirs Executors Administrators or assigns
forever In Witness Whereof the Said party of
the first part have hereunto Set My hand and
fixed My Seal the Year and day first above written
