West Corner of said Clinch Grant and running thence
South Eighty five and a quarter degrees East Eleven (11)
Chains and forty three links, thence North Four and three quarters
degrees East, Four (4) Chains and thirty one (31) links to the
Northern boundary line of said Grant, thence North Eighty
five and a quarter degrees west Eleven (11) Chains and
forty three links to the North West Corner of Said Grant
thence South four and a quarter degrees West along the
western boundary line of Said Grant Four (4) Chains
and Thirty one (31) links to the point of beginning Containing
Five (5) acres More or less To Have and to Hold unto the
Said party of the second part and to his heirs and Executors
administrators and Assigns forever in fee simple Absolute
Togather with all the rights privaledges and appur
tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appurtaining
and the said party of the Second part do hereby Covenant
and agree with the said party of the Second part
that at the time of the Making of this deed they are
the lawful owner of the Said property that they are
Seized thereof in fee Simple and have good right and
Sufficient title to Sell and Convey the Same and the Said
parties of the first part do hereby Warrant and agree to forever
defend the title to the Said premises in and to the party of
the Second part and to his heirs Executors and assigns against
All and every person or persons lawfully Claiming or to Claim

of Conveyance for the purpose of Conveying to the said P.M.
Oliver all her separate property in the land in said deed
described and that she did the same freely and Voluntarily
