Alachua County } Know All Men by these
presents that We James D.
Matheson and James T. McMillan both of the State and
County aforesaid as Trustees for Certain Judgement
Conditions of the Estate of John W. Anderson Deceased
for and in Consideration of the Sum of one Hundred and fifty
five dollars and forty Seven Cents ($15547) to us
as Such as trustees in hand paid receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained Sold
and Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain Sell
and Convey unto Lydia G. Miller (wife of W.C. Miller) of Said
State and County that Certain piece parcel of lot of
land for sale by us as said Trustees lying and
being in Said State and County and designated upon a
Map or plot of what is Known as the Leitner Place
as lots Numbers fifty Six (56) and Fifty Seven (57) Said
Map recorded August 29th 1877 on page 645 of Deed
Book "I" of the records of the Circuit Court of the County
