of beginning lying in North west quarter of Section
32 Township (9) Range Twenty (20) Containing
by estimation Twenty acres of land More or less
Togather with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and Appurtenances to the Same belonging or in Anywise
appertaining To Have and To Hold the Same unto her the
Said Mrs Elizabeth A. Giddings and to her heirs Executors
administrators and assigns in fee Simple and Absolute
and I the Said Henry J. Bailey do hereby Covenant and agree
to and with the said Mrs Elizabeth A. Giddings that I
am lawfully Seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
Conveyed and that we have good and lawful right
to sell and Convey the Same, that the Same is free from
All encumbrances of Any Kind whatsoever and that I will
and My heirs Executors and Administrators Shall and will
forever Warrant and defend the Same unto her the Said
Mrs Elizabeth A. Giddings and to her heirs Executors Admin
istrators and Assigns in fee Simple and Absolute and I the Said
Henry J. Bailey do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the
said Mrs Elizabeth A. Giddings that I am lawfully Seized
