  Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
                   } that I John M. Taylor of the
State and County aforesaid do hereby Make Constitute
and appoint J.A. Carlisle of said State and County My
true and lawful Attorney for me and in my Stead
and in My Name to Sell and Convey and Make deed
of Conveyance to the following described peice or
parcel of land to wit All of that part or portion
of the North East quarter of Section Seven (7)
Township ten (10) Range (20) Twenty South and
East of the Arredondo Grant lying North of
the Atlantic Gulf and West India Transit
Companys Rail Road and Containing by Estim
=mation one Hundred and twenty five Acres of land More
or less the Same lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida to do and perform
all the Necessary acts and things in the Execution
and performance of the aforesaid business And
in as full and creible a Manner as I Might do
if I were personally present with full power
of Substitution Hereby ratifying and Confirming
all things whatsoever lawfully done in the
premises by My Said Attorney = In Witness
Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal
on this the 17th day of November AD 1881
