   Alachua County  } Know all Men by these presents
                   that We Cynthia J. Waits in her
own right and Calvin Waits her husband of the
Aforesaid County and State for and in Consideration
of the Sum of Twenty five Dollars to us in hand
paid by Anthony Parker of the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida the receipt Whereof we do hereby ack
=knowledge have granted bargained Sold and Conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey unto
him, the Said Anthony Parker all of that Certain
lot tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
Known and described as follows to wit: Lot Number (3)
Three in the South East Quarter of the North East quarter
of Section (27) Twenty Seven Township Ten (10) South
Range Twenty Two (22) East Containing Two acres bounded
on the South by the public road from Hawthorn to
Gainesville on the west by land of Bird & Said Waits
and on the North & East by land of Said Waits Contain
=ing by Estimation two acres of land More or less Togather
with All and Singular the tenements hereditaments and Appurten
ances to the Same belonging or in Anywise Appertaining
To Have and To Hold the Same unto him the Said Anthony
Parker and to his heirs executors Administrators and Assigns
in fee Simple Absolute forever and We the Said Cynthia and
Calvin do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said Anthony
that we are lawfully Seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby Conveyed and that We have good and lawful right
to Sell and Convey the Same that the Same is free from all
encumbrances of Any Kind whatsoever and that we Will and
our heirs Executors and administrators Shall and Will
forever Warrant and defend the Same unto him the Said
Anthony Parker and to him his heirs his Executors adminis-
trators and Assigns against the lawful Claim and demands
of Any and All persons whomsoever Now Claiming or hereafter
to Claim the Same  In Witness Whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and Seals on this 14th day of June AD 1881
