to the Same belonging or in Anywise appertaining To Have
and To Hold the Same unto her the said Mary C. Post and
to her heirs Executors and Administrators and assigns in fee simple
and absolute and We the Said James F. McKinstry and Isabella
F. McKinstry his wife, do hereby Covenant and agree to and with
the Said Mary C. Post that we are lawfully Seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby Conveyed and that we have
good and lawful right to sell and Convey the Same that
the Same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind what=
=soever and that we will and our heirs Executors and adminis
=trators Shall and will forever Warrant and defend the Same
unto her the Said Mary C. Post and to her heirs Executors
administrators and Assigns against the lawful claim and demand
of all persons whomsoever Now Claiming or hereafter to Claim
the Same. In Witness Whereof We have hereunto set over hands
and affixed our Seals on this 1st day of July AD 1881.

the grantor in the foregoing Conveyance who being first
duly questioned and Examined by Me Separately and apart
from her Said husband Says and acknowledges before Me
that She did Sign the Said deed of Conveyance for the
purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all of her
right of dower in and to the land in Said deed described
and that Said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was
done and Made by her freely and Voluntarily and Without any Compulsion
Constraint Apprehension or fear of or from her Said husband
