Alachua County } Know all Men by these presents
that I J.A. Carlisle attorney in fact for
John M. Taylor and I S.C. Taylor wife of John M. Taylor
of the State and County aforesaid of the Sum of Eight
hundred Dollars to us Cash in hand on this day paid
by J.H. Post of the Same State and County do hereby grant
bargain Sell and Convey and by these presents have granted
bargained Sold and Conveyed unto the Said Post his
heirs and Assigns the following described peice or parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and More particularly described as being
a part of Section Seven (7) Township Ten (10) Range
Twenty (20) and beginning at a point on the East boundary
line of Said Section at a point which is located
thirteen (13) Chains and Nineteen (19) links South from
the North East Corner of Said of Said Section and
running thence west Twenty Two (22) Chains and Seventy five
(75) links, thence South Nineteen (19) Chains and Fourteen
(14) links to the Northern limit of the public district
road thence in a North Easterly direction along the
line of the Northern limit of Said Dirt Road to the
point where the Eastern line of said Section Crosses
the Northern limit of said Dirt Road, thence North
along the Eastern boundary line of Said Section, Five
(5) Chains and Ninety Six (96) links to the point of
beginning the above described lands being intended as
a Conveyance of the South half of the East half of a
Certain peice or parcel of land bought by the Said
John M. Taylor from T.B. Ellis Containing only thirty
(30) acres Togather with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and Apartenances thereunto belonging. To
Have and To Hold the Same unto the Said J.H. Post
And his heirs and Assigns in fee Simple absolute
forever and I J.A. Carlisle Attorney in fact for John
M. Taylor and I S.C. Taylor Wife of John M. Taylor
do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the Said
