 G.R. Fairbanks and C.W. Brush to Hiram Johnson
                "Contract"
Memorandum of agreement Made this 28th day of November
1881 between George R. Fairbanks and C.W. Brush Ex Est N.
Brush etc parties of the first part and Hiram Johnson
party of the Second part Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part have agreed to sell to said
party of the Second part, the following described land
Situate in the County of Alachua - State of Florida being
Sections Numbered Seven (7) and Eighteen (18) in Township
Nine (9) of Range (20) Twenty being part and parcel
of the Arredondo Grant in Said County for the Sum
of Twenty five Hundred and Sixty Dollars Which the
Said party of the Second part agrees to pay to
the parties of the first part as follows one third
of Said Sum at date and one third thereof on the 1st day
of June 1882 with interest and the remaining third on
the 1st day of December 1882 with interest Said parties
of the Second part also Agrees to pay all taxes and
Assessments that shall be taxed or assessed on
said premises from the date hereof until Said Sum
Shall be fully paid as aforesaid and the said parties
