of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
do hereby give grant bargain sell & Convey and forever quit Claimed ^ unto Eddie
A. Hawkins his heirs executors & administrators all of our right title & interest
in and to the following described lands lying and being in said State & County
and known and described as follows: The SW quarter of Sec 21 Township Nine (9)
South Range Nineteen East To Have and to hold the above described lands unto
the said Eddie A. Hawkins his heirs Executors & Administrators forever in fee simple

after being duly sworn deposes and says that he is one of the Subscribing
witnesses to the foregoing deed & that he together with C.W. Little saw the parties
sign & seal the same for the purposes therein specified

                         "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this 6th day of December AD 1881
Alachua County   } between E.A. Hawkins of the State & County aforesaid and
J.S. Hinnant of the same place parties of the first and second part:
Witnesseth: that the said party of the first part for and in Consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred and fifty Dollars lawful money of the United States to him duly
paid before the delivery hereof hath bargained and sold and by these presents
doth grant and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns all that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida and which is known and described
as follows: The West half of the SW quarter of Section 21 Township nine (9)
South Range nineteen (19) east together with all and singular the tenements
and hereditaments and appurtenances, and all the estate title & interest
of the said party of the first part therein. To Have and to hold the above
granted and described premises unto the said party of the Second part his
heirs Executors and Administrators to his and their own proper use benefit
and behoof forever. And the said party of the first part doth hereby
covenant and agree with the said party of the Second part that he will
warrant and defend the above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
