Alachua County   } R. Smith and Lewis H. Smith her Husband of Gainesville
Alachua County Florida for and in Consideration of the Sum of ($350 00/100)
Three Hundred and Fifty 00/100 Dollars To us in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged Have bargained sold and Conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey unto Mrs Mary B. Snell
Wife of H.V. Snell of the town County and State aforesaid all our right
