one Hundred feet Thence East Two Hundred feet thence South one
Hundred feet thense West Two Hundred feet to the place of beginning
Containing one Half acre more or less. The same being the South Half
of the Lot heretofore conveyed by E.C.F. Sanchez as Commissioner to the
said Henrietta R. Smith while she was called Henrietta R. Beville together
with all and singular the Tenements Hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold
the same unto her the said Mrs Mary B. Snell and to her heirs Executors
administrators and assigns forever. And we hereby warrant and defend the
to her and her legal representatives against ourselves our Heirs Executors
and administrators and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the
same In Testimony Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our Seals on this the Sixth day of December AD 1881

husband upon such separate and private examination did say and

Deed of her Separate Estate for the uses and purposes therein contained
and expressed freely and voluntarily and without any Compulsion Constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
