"Deed"

This Indenture made this First day of May AD 1880 Between Jennie E.
Pelton of the first part and Albert D. Loomis of the second part witnesseth
that the party of the first part for and in Consideration of the sum of
Fifty dollars to her in hand paid by the party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by these presents do sell, grant
release and confirm unto the party of the second part his heirs and assigns
certain lots or parcels of land in Alachua County State of Florida known
and described as a certain piece or parcel of land being a Strip 12 Rods
wide by Eighty Rods Long from off the East side of the North West quarter
of the South West quarter Sec Seven Town (9) nine Range twenty one (21) East
Containing Six acres more or less said Land laying along side of the
Willicombe Lot. Together with the members rights tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and also the estate right title
interest and claim of dower of in and to all and singular the premises aforesaid
to have and to hold the said lands in fee simple And the party of the
first part do bind themselves their heirs executors and administrators and
each of them to warrant and defend forever the title to said premises unto
the second party his heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the claims of all persons claiming or to claim under by or through the
parties of the first part and against the claims of all other persons whomsoever
In Witness Wereof, The said parties of the first part have hereunto set
their hand and seals the day and year first above written

Alachua County } Personally appeared before the Subscriber a Notary Public
who being duly sworn deposes and says that she saw the above grantor

she together with C.R. Howell signed the same as witnesses
