Alexander Goodson to Manuel Entenza
               "Bond for title"
Know All Men by these presents that I Alexander Goodson
of Alachua County Florida Am held and firmly bound
unto Manuel Entenza of the Same place in the penal
Sum of one Thousand Dollars for the payment of which
well and truly to be Made Unto the Said Manuel Entenza
his heirs Executors & administrators I bind Myself
My heirs Executors & Administrators firmly by these presents
Sealed with My seal and dated this first day of May AD 1880
the Condition of the above obligation is Such that Whereas
the said Manuel Entenza has this day given the Said
Alexander Goodson three promisory Notes of even date
herewith for the aggregate Sum of Five Thousand Dollars
with Eight per Cent interest from the date to wit one
Note for the Sum of one hundred and Sixty Six dollars and
Sixty Six Cents due May 1st 1881 and one Note for one
hundred and Sixty Six Dollars and Sixty Six Cents due
May 1st 1882 and one Note for one hundred and Sixty Six dollars
and Sixty Six Cents due May 1st 1883 each Note to draw
Eight per Cent interest from the date hereof Now if on
payment of Said Notes being Made on or before the time
or times here agreed upon when they shall become due
the Said Alexander Goodson or his legal representative
Shall Execute & deliver or Cause to be Executed and
delivered unto the Said Manuel Entenza or his legal
representatives a good and sufficient deed in fee Simple
Conveying to the said Manuel Entenza a free and Clear of all
encumbrances the following described lot of land lying and
being in the Town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of
Florida and described on the Maps of Said Town as lots
Number Seven (7) & Eight (8) Block Number four (4) then
this obligation to be Null & Void otherwise to remain in full
force Virtue and effect.
