  Samuel Thomas and Wife to Harbard S. Thomas
                  "Deed"
   State of Florida }
     Alachua County } Know all Men by these presents
                    that we Samuel Thomas and wife
Sararah Thomas both of said County and State for and in Consid
=eration of the Sum of One Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid by
Harbard S. Thomas of the County and State aforesaid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain Sell
and Convey unto the Said Harbard S. Thomas his heirs and Assigns a
Certain tract or parcel of land with the building thereon
and All the Appurtenances to the same belonging Situated
in said County and State bounded and described as follows
to wit The W1/2 (Except the SW1/4 of SW1/4 and the NE1/4 of NE1/4
of S23 T9 S R21 East Containing Three Hundred and
twenty(320) acres to have and to hold the above granted
premises to the Said Hubard S. Thomas his heirs and Assigns to
his and their use and behoof forever and we the Said Samuel Thomas
& wife Sarah Thomas for our selves & our heirs Executors and
administrators do Covenant with the said Harbard S. Thomas
his heirs and Assigns that we have a good right to Sell and Convey
the Same to the Said Harbard S. Thomas his heirs and Assigns
forever as Aforesaid and that we will and our heirs Executors
and Administrators Shall forever Warrant and defend the
title to the Same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever. In Witness Whereof I the Said Samuel Thomas
and I the said Sarah Thomas wife of the Said Samuel Thomas
in token of My release (for the Consideration above) of all My
right title interest & claim in and to dower in the above granted
premises have hereunto Set our hands and Seals this the 5th day of
October AD 1881                           his
