With Whom I am personally acquainted and who
acknowledged that they executed the foregoing deed for
the purposes therein Expressed and the Said Sarah Thomas
wife of Said Samuel Thomas Separate and apart
from her Said husband and acknowledged that she
executed the Same freely and of her own accord Without
fear or Compulsion or Constraint from her Said husband
the Said Samuel Thomas Witness My hand and Seal this

"Deed"
This Indenture Made this the first day of June
in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred
and Eighty one between Horace P. Langley of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part and
B.H. Thrasher as Trustee for his wife and Children of the
County and State aforesaid party of the Second part
Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Nine Hundred Dollars
to him in hand paid by the said party of the Second
part at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has
bargained Sold released granted Conveyed and Confirmed
and by these presents does bargain Sell release grant
Convey and Confirm unto the Said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns and Successors in Office forever
all that Certain tract or parcel of land that portion
of the west half of Block Four (4) & Range Five -
fronting fifty feet & running back east one Hundred
feet lying and being Situate between portions of Said
Block owned by B.H. Thrasher Trustee on the South
and by Wm A. Dickinson on the North Togather with all
and Singular the tenements hereditaments and Appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in Anywise Appertaining the Said
property being in the town of Gainesville Alachua County
Florida with full power to the party of the Second to
Sell and Convey the Same at any time he thinks proper
