                     "Deed"
This Indenture Made this the 5th day of December
in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred
and 81 Between John B. Dell Surviving Executor of the
Estate of Bennett M. Dell Deceased of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part
and Harrison Adams party of the Second part
Witnesseth that the Said party of the first for and in
Consideration of the Sum of one Hundred and Fifty five
Dollars to       in hand paid by the said part of
the second part at and before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
has bargained Sold released granted Conveyed and Confirmed
and by these presents doth bargain Sell release grant Convey
and Confirm unto the Said part of the Second part heirs
and Assigns forever All that Certain parcel of land being
and lying in the NW Corner of the west half of the NE1/4
of Sec 3 T8 Range 18 S&E, beginning at said NW
Corner and running 1400 Chains to Center of Public Road
thence South along Center of said Road 2000 Chains
thence South 1500 Chains North 2000 to point of
beginning Containing twenty Nine (29) acres More or less
Togather with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in Anywise ap-
-pertaining and All the Estate right title interest prop
=erty possession Claim and demand whatsoever as
well in law as in Equity of the Said part of the first
part in and to the above described premises and Every
part and parcel thereof To Have and To Hold the above granted
bargained and described premises with the Appurtenances
unto the Said part of the Second part his heirs and Assigns
to have and to hold own proper use benefit and behoof
forever and the Said part of the first part for his heirs
Executors Administrators and Assigns do hereby Covenant
with the Said part of the Second part his heirs
and Assigns that at the time of the delivery hereof the
Said party of the first part the lawful owner of the
premises Above granted and Seized thereof in fee Simple
Absolute that they are free from all encumbrances
that the Said party of the first part has good right
to sell and Convey the Same to the Said part of the Second
part as Aforesaid and that the said part of the first part
his heirs Executors and Administrators the above described
and hereby granted and Conveyed premises and Every part and
parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and Assigns against the
