                  } Sparkman was by an
order of the Probate Court for Alachua County
made and rendered on the 16th day of August
AD 1881 duly Appointed and Authorized to Make
Conduct and Carry out a Sale as Commissioner
of the lands hereafter particularly described beloning
to the Estate of John L. Villalonga late of the State
of Georgia deceased Sold for division Among the
heirs of the Said John L. Villalonga and Whereas
by Virtue of Said order Appointing Me Commissioner
as aforesaid to Conduct and Make the Sale aforesaid
I did duly Advertize the Said lands for sale
on the 5th day of December AD 1881 according
to law and on said 5th day of December AD 1881
