as Such Commissioner Sell the Same at public
out Cry before the Court House door in the Town
of Gainesville according to law and whereas at said
sale T.H. Bevill became the purchaser of the tracts
of land hereinafter described at the aggregate Sum of
three hundred and five Dollars that being the highest
sum bid for the Same and he being the bidder thereof
and Where by An Order of the Probate Court for Alachua
County Florida this day Made the said Sale was
ratified by the Court and I the Said George W. Sparkman
as Such Commissioner as Aforesaid Authorized and
instructed to Execute deeds in Conformity to said Sale
Now therefore Know All Men by these presents that
I the said George W. Sparkman as such Commission
aforesaid for and in Consideration of the said Sum of
three Hundred and Five Dollars to Me in hand paid
by the Said T.H. Bevill have granted bargained
Sold and Conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain Sell and Convey unto him the Said T.H. Bevill
and to his heirs and Assigns forever the following described
lands belonging to the Estate of John L. Villalonga
deceased and Sold for a division among the heirs
of Said deceased to wit All that Certain lot tract
or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and More particularly described
as being in the Arredondo Grant Known as
Section (28) Twenty Eight in Township Nine (9)
S of R (19) Nineteen East Containing (639 60/100) acres
More or less Also the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Sec 21
Also the E1/2 of the NW1/4 and the SW1/4 of the NE1/4
Sec 21 Also the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 and the N1/2 of the
SW1/4 Sec 21 Township Ten S R22 East Containing
380 Acres More or less and Containing in the aggregate
one Thousand and Nineteen & 60/100 Acres (1,019 60/100) More
or less To Have and To Hold unto him the Said
T.H. Bevill his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
forever In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set
My hand and Affixed My seal this the 5th day
of December AD 1881
