State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Robt E. Johnson one of the
_________ County } Executors of the Estate of Augustus H. Johnson (deceased) of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum
of three dollars to me in hand paid by Thos A. Johnson one of the Executors and
heir to the Estate of Augustus H. Johnson of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted
bargained and sold and do by these presents grant bargain Sell and
convey unto the said Thos A. Johnson his heirs executors administrators and
assigns forever the following described lot or parcel of land Situate lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit: Commencing
at the South East Corner of Section (23) twenty three in Township 11 South of Range
21 East thence west on Section line eighteen 18/100 chains to place of beginning:
thence North 7° East twenty four 87/100 chains; thence South 81° East three 63/100
chains; thence North 6° East nineteen 39/100 chains; thence North 84° West
Sixteen 10/100 Chains; thence South 8° West forty five 50/100 Chains to Section line

following the meanderings of Prairie to Section line Thence east on Section
line three 50/100 chains back to place of beginning containing Sixteen 76/100 Acres
more or less. To Have and to Hold the above granted bargained and
described premises together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining to the said Thos A. Johnson his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee Simple absolute forever. and the Said for and for
heirs executors administrators and assigns do covenant and agree to and
with the said that will and heirs executors administrators and assigns
Shall forever warrant and defend the title to the above described premises
against all and every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same
