                   Robt E. Johnson & Wife to Thos A. Johnson
                                   "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents, that we Robt E.
Alachua County   } Johnson and Abriella J. Johnson (wife of the said
Robt E. Johnson) of the County of Alachua and State of Florida for and
in Consideration of the Sum of ___ Dollars to us in hand paid by Thos A.
Johnson of the County of Alachua and State of Florida the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold and do by
these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Thos A.
Johnson his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever the
following described lot or parcel of land Situate lying and being in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit: Commencing at the
North West Corner of Section (24) twenty four Township 11 South Range
21 East. Thence East on Section line thirteen chains and fifty links
thence South twelve 12/100 Chains thence South 62° West five 78/100
chains thence South 87° West two 64/100 Chains thence North on Section
line Seventeen 79/100 Chains back to place of beginning containing
twenty one 14/100 Acres more or less. To Have and to Hold the above granted
bargained and described premises together with all and Singular the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
any wise appertaining to the said Thos A. Johnson his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee Simple absolute forever. And the said
Robt E. Johnson and his wife Abrilla J. Johnson for themselves and for
their heirs executors administrators and assigns do covenant and agree
to and with the said Thos A. Johnson that we will and our heirs
executors administrators and assigns shall forever warrant and defend
the title to the above described premises against all and every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming the same. In Witness Whereof we
have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this fourth
