Alachua County   } as the wife of Robt E. Johnson who being examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband acknowledged before me that she
renounced and relinquished all her dower and right of dower in and to the lands descri=
bed in the foregoing deed of conveyance and that she did the same freely and
voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hand and seal this fourth
day of January AD 1881
