bargained and Sold and do by these presents grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Florilah N. Edgar L. and Lilian A. Johnson heirs
executors administrators and assigns forever the following described lot or
parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, to wit: Commencing at the North West Corner of Section twenty
four in Township (11) Eleven South Range twenty one East: thence East
on Section line thirty Six 36/100 Chains, thence South 2° East thirty 13/100 chains
to place of beginning thence East to Range line twenty two; thence North
to Range line to lake. Beginning again at the place of beginning thence
South 2° East to Lake Containing one hundred acres more or less
To Have and to Hold the above granted bargained and described premises
together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur=
tenancies to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said
Florilah N. Edgar L. and Lilian A. Johnson their heirs executors admin=
istrators and assigins in fee simple absolute forever and the Said
for and for heirs executors administrators and assigns do covenant
and agree to and with the said that will and heirs and executors administrators and assigns
shall forever warrant and defend the title to the above described premises against all and every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming the same.
